The first bowl with a flared, faceted body painted to each side with panels of blossoms within diaper borders, the second, circular bowl with a garden view from beneath
sudare
blinds, both in typical Imari palette of underglaze blue, overglaze red and details picked out in gilt.

Provenance: the Claudio Perino Collection, Turin, acquired mostly in Japan in early 2000s.
